Hubs attract early stage start-ups, freelancers and activists through to serial entrepreneurs, executives and policy makers, all working in hugely diverse sectors across the globe. They hold only one thing in common- their commitment to ‘more than profit’, to dedicating their work to making the world a radically better place. Engineers sit next to eco-warriors; financial wizards sit next to forestry commissioners; craftspeople sit next to councilors. Hub membership is given on an individual basis, to people with very different backgrounds and usage habits - ensuring energy, commitment and movement within and between Hubs. Innovative meeting rooms and spectacular event spaces are available to hire to both members and non-members.
Eleanor has an MA in Cultural Policy & Management and previously worked on a variety of creative projects and events which used the arts to develop community cohesion and social skills. She is using her skills to host the Hub community and to support other organisations in launching and developing new world changing initiatives.
She looks forward to seeing a convergence between the ISES and Hub networks, and to hosting many special events at the Hub Kings Cross. |
