We're looking for an experienced freelance event producer/manager to join the Shell team to deliver two events. Very brief details are below, if you would like more information please contact me for the fuller spec. It is also possible that this role could become permanent. |
In summary the 2 projects are:
1) Delivery of a significant travel incentive event, approx 800 pax in Rome, to happen May 2011
• Manage all aspects of project execution within established budgets and time frame
• Manage and develop client relationships to further enhance commercial opportunities – liaise directly / collaborate with clients and be responsive to their needs.
• Co-ordination of wider project team as appropriate
• Production of complex scheduling / itineraries and all relevant documentation
2) A ‘meeting in a box’ / toolkit for Shell to distribute to regions, to include materials and guidelines to enable these regions to run a Retailer Engagement Day
For this project the Project Manager will need to develop an ‘event in a box’ effectively developing a central set of materials as a "template" for the relevant country to use on the engagement day (how they should structure the day, what content should be included, as well as some event planning support). We do not believe this brief involves organising the events, rather the relevant regions will do this themselves (although this point is subject to clarification from the client.)
