Role Description

§ Responsible for coordinating all planning and implementations of all logistics and food and beverage products including purchasing and stock controls

§ Managing all health and safety, legal and company compliance within the stadium
§ Working with all other heads of departments

This is a high volume varied role and the ideal Beverage and Logistics manager will have experience in a similar environment, either Stadiums, large scale outdoor events, conference, banqueting and exhibition venues or hotels. You will be fully profit and loss conversant and will have managed large budgets previously.
