For Pewterers’ Hall an imposing modern Livery Hall located in Oat Lane in the heart of the City. The Livery and Court Rooms accommodate 90 guests for formal dinners, 130 for receptions and 75 for theatre style presentations.  The contract is operated by Richmond Creative Event Catering.

You will be responsible for:
The coordination of all sales enquiries for Pewterers’ Hall
Increasing hall lettings and sales in line with sales forecasts
The management of all commercial functions

You will have a proven sales ability, experience of London venues plus a portfolio of client contacts. 

Qualifications and Experiences

- Degree in hospitality, business management or similar
- 2 years sales experience in London outside catering or venue sales
- Must be able to drive
- Good I.T skills and database development experience

- A good understanding of the financial implications and margin control for complex quotations
- Flair and imagination in event design and an enthusiasm for innovative ideas
- Good knowledge of food and wine
- Understanding of event logistics
- Awareness of current event industry trends
