In this month's breakfast masterclass we are pleased to introduce James Osbourne from Innergy who will walk us through a tool his company have devised to evaluate the quality and service they deliver to their clients (internal and external) and where some of the key gaps might be. 

From there, he will look at how we can all address these gaps to ensure that we deliver absolute excellence in what we do and in turn generate repeat business and referrals without spending any money!

In the current economical climate it is imperative that businesses are able to do two things:

1. Maintain:     
Deliver excellent service to your customers and keep them.

2. Grow:          
Generate new business opportunities whilst managing your own costs.

This session will enable you to do so irrespective of the product or service you provide within the special events industry
